[ENGLISH] No internet after cable router installation (new connection)

Hello,

A few days ago my fritzbox router arrived, however I cannot manage to have internet connection. I tried everything, connecting/disconnecting the cables, restarting, but there is no change.

I called Vodafone hot line but every time I try to speak English (I recently moved to Germany) they hang on me.

I really need to find a solution to this, not sure if it is a problem of the cable connection at my new apartment or what is the issue. Could somebody help me?

Unfortunately, no. I am not calling anymore because it is very frustrating 😞

Hopefully someone here can give me answer.
