Internet keeps disconnecting

I apply for internet on 8/8/2021. it was connected on 26/8/2021. It works for 4 days in a good condition and now it has started to disconnect every 20 seconds. It took me 1h to write this post only. I'm living in Berlin / Charlottenburg

Note: I followed all the diagnoses mentioned on your help page and still having the same issue.
