Hello,

Since Thursday last week, I have connection trouble. Since 11pm last night I have zero connection. Luckily, this morning I managed to log a Störungsticket. My neighbours are also affected.

But the Vodafone website is inconsistent. Störungshilfe says not problem in my area. But Netz-Assistent says there is.

Is there a page where I can accurately see the faults in my area?

I see you already have an open ticket. The error here is a return path interferer. The colleagues are on it.

You will be informed when the error is fixed. Currently there is no info how long it will take.
