Vodafone Station No Internet DOCSIS Offline

Hello,

I've recently contracted Internet with Vodafon and installed router yesterday (Customer number will be provided on request )

But Internet still doesn't work and flashes red light on the router ...

I've tried to check with IP address and it says DOCSIS offline.

Please kindly check this problem asap, as it is pretty urgent for me ...

So far nobody contacted me and none came to my place to fix my issue. It has already been 3 full working days(7 days is total). Can you please provide me a estimated time by when my connection will be fixed?

Please take action to setup my new contrack ASAP. I am working from home and i can't do it because of that. It has already been 8 days since i initiated this request asking for help. I am surprised why it's taking so much time.

This shouldn't take more that a few hours.
