Hello,

My Internet has been stopping every hour for a few minutes in the last 7 days (Saarbrücken 66123). know there is a disorder in the area but there is no news from Vodafone regarding the issue.

It was fixed but now my internet disconnects again every hour for the last 2-3 days.

the router changes frequencies, has increased timeouts and the connection values are clogged.

This should be looked at by a technician on site. Would that be okay and will the colleague come with you to the house installation? The cause seems to be in our area of responsibility.
