No internet, just flashing red dot.

Sorry I do not speak German so I hope English is ok, we had our package delivered on the 25th, and apparently all activated today, still the same flashing red dot and docsis offline, how do I get this working? I have tried ringing but no one wants to help or speak English unfortunately
