Low Upload Speed after moving

Hello,

I moved recently from Braunschweig to Berlin. It was pretty easy to move my internet without needing any technician support. Had problem with the multimedia port, but people here were proactive in helping me find a solution. Many thanks to that.

However I find my upload speed to be very lower after my move. The download speed remains the same though.

My plan is 250Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. The max upload speed I get right now is just above 1 Mbps.

I work from home and at this speed it takes a lot of time to upload things to the cloud. Can someone help me out?
