Ich habe das Angebot Red Business Internet 1000 Cable abonniert und meine Geräte werden ohne besonderen Grund abgeschaltet.

Der Bericht im Ereignisprotokoll lautet: UTOPIA: FW.LANATTACK DROP

Meine Geräte sind alle betroffen und es handelt sich nicht um einen echten Angriff

Hallo svacant,

beantworte doch bitte einmal die folgenden Fragen. Wir schauen es uns gern an. Es sind also ausschließlich Geräte per LAN betroffen. An Hand der MAC sollte sich ja das betroffene Gerät ermitteln lassen. Sind es tatsächlich alle Geräte im Haushalt?

Hallo,
meine Geräte sind über WIFI verbunden.

Ich habe Band Steering entfernt und die SSID geteilt (3ghz + 5ghz).

Jetzt bekomme ich die Firewall-Meldung nicht mehr, ich glaube das Band Steering hat Probleme.

Ich habe einen Drucker, 3 Telefone (Apple und Android), 2 Laptops und 1 Desktop.

Meines Wissens nach handelt es sich um ein Firmware-Problem.

Bitte beachten: wenn das passiert, ist ein Ping zum Gateway nicht möglich, der Host ist nicht erreichbar 192.168.0.1 aber er ist immer noch mit dem Wifi verbunden, nur beim Ausschalten und Einschalten wird das gelöst.

Hey,

die Meldung kommt in der Regel durch einen Authentifizierungsfehler im WLAN zu Stande und das möchte ich mir gerne genauer anschauen. Sende mir dazu Deine Kundendaten (Name, Anschrift, Kundennummer, Geburtstag) in einer privaten Nachricht und gib dann hier Bescheid, dass Du die Daten übermittelt hast.

Hallo svacant,

werden dann alle Geräte im Haushalt blockiert oder nur bestimmte? In den Loggs sind ja auch die betroffen MACs zu den Einträgen hinterlegt. Zu welchen Geräten sind diese zuzuordnen?

Hallo fred,
Ich habe das Problem auf meinem iMac, auf meinem iPhone und auf meinem HP-Laptop mit unterschiedlichen Timings ausprobiert.

Gestern hat sich das Wifi ausgeschaltet, jetzt ist es wieder an und es funktioniert, aber die Bandsteuerung ist deaktiviert.

I have the same issues, it seems to be caused by VPN usage on the network. Does anyone have a fix yet?
