International calling not activate on my new mobile Red M

Dear Team,

I have taken a new mobile phone contract (RedM) on 25 Feb 2022. It is working fine for the outgoing calls to a German number and 5G internet also available. However, i am not able to make international calls (to the numbers outside Germany). Please help activate the international calling on my number.

Hi Atul,

we will definitely have to look at your customer data.

Please call us on 1212 from your mobile phone or contact us via WhatsApp, for example. The number is 0172 1217212 (also via SMS) .

Thank you for the quick response. My number is 0174 66xxxx, could you please check it from your end. I am learning German language, not good at speaking yet. Hence, a bit difficult for me to reach the customer care number. Thank you for help.

please don't post personal information like your mobilenumber here publicly in this thread.

Feel free to send me a private message with your mobilernumber & customerpassword.
Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "sende diesem Nutzer eine Nachricht".

I'll have a look into this.
