Missing Sim Card Delivery

Dear Vodafone team,

I ordered callya sim card. Vodafone sent me e mail on 23th of February informing that my sim card will arrive in 2 days. Today is 9th of March and i didn't receive my sim card.

Could you please support me to check where is the delivery or should i reorder sim card?

If you received a phone number from Vodaofne in the e-mail, please PM me (click on my name on the left and then on the right on "Send this user a private message").

Please also send me your e-mail address, which you gave when ordering.
