No registration SMS received to Vodafone number

Hi. I have an issue when I try to regester on Ebay with my vodafone phonenumber. I never recived an SMS. There is no problem for other operators. Can you please let me know how it can be fixed? Is it a problem of the tarrif of mobile phone settings?
