    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, everyone! I have tried to use my mobilfunk new number, but apparently i need to update my personal information. I have tried for several hours to find an english speaking customer agent, but with no success. A german agent has told me that i need to send bank details and personal id to an email adress, but i did not understand it because she was speaking german and very fast. Does anybody know the email adress for legitimation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
