Issue about DSL Router Activation

Hello team,

I am writing this letter to seek some help with regards to my internet activation at home. I have been here in Germany for about a month now and I got a DSL contract from Vodafone. I recieved my router and my internet connection activated. All ligths green on the router. But in router activation process router show me that Invalid MIC code error message. I took 6 times new MIC code from customer service or via SMS there is always the same message on the screen. I am very upset about this issue. I done everything in perfect but my router couldn't activate itself. I tried so many time to talk with the customer service through the phone but the service guy just hung up on me due to my lack of knowledge of German. Could you give me a hand, please?
