    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have been experiencing massive packet loss for a long time, which severely impacts video conferencing and real-time applications.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;My MTR measurement (100 packets to 8.8.8.8):&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. fritz.box (192.168.178.1)         0.0% Loss ✓&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. 92.219.224.207 (Vodafone)         9.0% Loss&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. 92.79.214.2                       9.0% Loss&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. 145.254.2.207 (Vodafone)         40.0% Loss ← Problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5. 213.133.121.197                   9.0% Loss&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;What I have already checked:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Router (Fritz!Box 7530 AX) restarted&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;LAN cable instead of Wi-Fi: same problem&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Ping to router (192.168.178.1): 0% loss&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Various targets tested: all show loss from hop 2-4 onwards.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Conclusion:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt; The problem clearly lies in the Vodafone network, specifically at node 145.254.2.x, which consistently shows 35-40% packet loss.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Could someone please check the line and routing to my connection? &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Postal code: 10715 Berlin. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Contract: Cable 250&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
