Thema "Internet DSL Interruption - can't contact support" in Störungen im DSL-Netz

I just activated a new contract DSL with Vodafone for my Wi-Fi. I connected the router and it worked for 2 days but since then, every day there's some interruption of the internet connection where the WiFi is still available to connect, however there is no internet connection. I would like to talk with support, however I tried via the Whatsapp Chat, the Online Chat, and the Phone number but I cannot manage to connect with anyone speaking english so I haven't been able to receive any support. Is there someone in here that can help in english?

I am aware I am writing in the help customer forum. As explained in my post, I already tried to contact support directly via the different methods they've available. However, they did not manage to connect me with an english speaking staff member, hence I have not been able to solve my issue...
