Thema "Stuck in activation screen" in Störungen im DSL-Netz

So since i am working online it is very..very frustrating this. I moved to a new place, got the router, tehnician came installed everything, and it was working very smooth and nice for 2 months until some cables outside went broken. Again someone came after like 2 weeks or something took a look and repaired the wires from outside saying now it should work. After i told them that all the green lights from router are green, but the router cannot activate itself after i put several mic codes everyday it's just stuck in the activation screen. They told me that a tehnician will call me in 4 hours(that was last week) to schedule an appointment but that never happen. Now my question is: how can i make it happen as soon as possible because i might loose my job for this. The problem and the ticket was created on 18.09.2025 and it's been almost a month without any connections and it looks like they just don't care about their customers at all even tho' the tehnician appointment takes 49.99 from your account.
