      <title>No internet for a week now</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having a disruption in the internet services since last 5 days now, it started on Friday, I have raised a ticket with&lt;BR /&gt;Vodafone support and they pointed out as Rückwegstörung in the arear, which is really unfortunate that the company like Vodafone just cant find the fault for 5 days and create so much unpleasant experience to the customers, worst is that when I discussed it with support they don't even speak English and have just no solution, obviously I have gone through your forums and all the aspect and have understood that Vodafone is just uncapable to fix such problems which is just worst thing for a global company that I always thought was class apart thanks for proving me wrong. Having said the ticket number is&lt;STRONG&gt; 003-0558371/24&lt;/STRONG&gt; . I am coming here with a hope I get some help or else I seriously think of moving to some other provider, as its a business loss for me as I work from home majorly and cannot afford this. Having said I am paying &lt;STRONG&gt;53 Euros plus 10 euros&lt;/STRONG&gt; for a week of hotspot connection, which I had to purchase as there was a delay in sending me the sim based wifi dongle &lt;STRONG&gt;(Which in itself is useless too as its not even giving me 15 mb speed, which is good for nothing&lt;/STRONG&gt;). So does anyone have a solution for this or Vodafone really cares to fix the issues for its customer is what I would like to understand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, which region are you from? We are experiencing the same problem since 5 days and get no help. I reset the router to factory settings but it didn't help. I will try installing an update on it next, but it would be helpful if we could figure out what is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Meanwhile you can call the customer service an claim a mobile router so you have internet. Mention during the phone call the Vodafone "Always-On Garantie".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
