ello, at 8.07.2024 I make a contract for DSL connection and at 24.07.2024 the tehnic need to come, but he doesn't come, when I called at the call center they say "the tehnician see that the dsl port is occupied" but the port is free and the router doesn't come to me, all I need is the router because in the past in my appartment was a vodafone fritz box, so the connection for this house is made! all I want to know is, if it's possible to send me the router and make my connection to run!!!

And second problem that I have is at 22.07.2024 I ordered on call with call center a E-sim card for my girlfriend they say i will recieviet on mail, but I recieve only the contract for it!
