    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recieved my Easybox Modem today and also got the connection done for my house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when I go to set it up and click on Activation for the easy box, it shows 'No Internet' and I am not able to proceed further. &lt;P&gt;Is the connection already activated? You should have received a switching appointment or a technician appointment.&lt;/P&gt;
