I did diagnostics and diagnostics said that something is wrong with Account information. I found an old letter from Vodafone which contains Account information, entered this data into the router again but nothing helped. I tried to contact tech support but unfortunately my German is not so good (I am still learning), tech support speaks only German. Can someone please help me with my problem?
