Hi,

I have an EasyBox805 and I have random internet disconnection.

It seems to happen more often when I am using more internet connexion than usual. (for exemple: Downloading files / visio-conference...etc)

It do not matter what device I am using (phone / computer / TV). It happens with Wifi and Cable connection also.

The connection is down for 3/5mins, the time for the box to restart.

It happens multiple times per day/hour (ie : Yesterday I was in a visio-conf and had 4 disconnection in 45min)

Why should I contact you on these plateform? In anycases, I don't have Facebook, X or anything else.

Could you please do something?

Even today, I had multiple disconnections when I was at a meeting.
