Internet not working, DSL connected but IPv4 and IPv6 not connected

Hi,

I am in the area of Neukolln in Berlin, sunce 6 hours my internet does not work despite all the trouble shooting. When I run diagnosis it says everything working fine and connected except Internet IPv4 and IPv6. After resettign the modem now when i try to access fritz.box online even that does not work so I'm not sure how to proceed to troubleshoot further. Please help!
