New User - Router disconnects + Your connections is not private

Hi,

I am a new user and just started the initial setup.

Everything went fine, connection was up, and my devices connected.

All of a sudden, the router decided to restart for no reason.

After it restarted, I could not connect to any website (link www.google.com or news websites) and I was getting the message "Your connection is not private".
I tried to call the phone number but after going through a lot of questions, it seems there's no really support as the bot just closed the communication.

Not a great start I would say, can someone please help me?
