Cancel DSL internet contract - moving to another city and do require it anymore.

Hello,

I have a DSL contract in Passau. I will be moving to Berlin on November1st and would like to end the contract. It is supposed to end in December 2022, but the relocation to Berlin happened on short notice. How can I do it?

Hey aspara-ms,

if a regular cancellation is already active, you can't order the relocation via self service.

Please get in touch with our customerservice , for example via twitter or facebook.
Then we'll check if we can offer the same bandwith via dsl - in this case we can relocate the landline . Or if we cannot offer the same bandwith, then we can cancle the contract early.
