    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Vodafone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently registered for a new contract. I have received the router, connect it with my existing cable and activated my account. However, the red light in my router keeps blinking and there is no internet yet. I have tried to contact the hotline but since I am not a German speaker, it is not possible to get the support yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
