      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My internet connection is dropping out at least once an hour if not more often. I have a Easybox 805. I have ensured it is running the latest firmware and restarted multiple times. I have pulled the event error log for this evening which includes multiple drops if anyone can help decipher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wimz&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hello Heike&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have performed all actions in the checklist and followed the assistant multiple times. Unfortunately it only repeats, telling me to disconnect the modem/router for 3 min.
