Some web sites are not available

Hello i am a new costomer of Red Internet & Phone 100 DSL.

Yesterday my internet was set up by Techniker and from yesterday until now I haven't had access to any of the websites like vodafone.com or any applications like Twitter. But some like Instagram and YouTube are working.

my router is fritz box 7530 and i am a home office employee and already called your service guy which didn't answer me properly.

Hey DSL12,

hm, if only some pages load correct , this feels like some kind of dns problem.
Is this happening to all devices connected with the router?

Yes it happens on my iphone and also my laptop
