    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my DSL connection stopped working this morning and didn't came back. 1st time it happened after 5 years, contract is running fine, no billing issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The internet LED light is flashing green, and already tried disconnecting/reconnecting power many times. I talked to 1st level of support on this number&amp;nbsp;0800-5054484 but he asked me to call 2nd level of support on this number&amp;nbsp;0800 172 1212. Unfortunately no operator on this number was able to speak English, I tried several operators. Can any English speaking operator get my case ?&lt;/P&gt;
