Hello, my contract is 100mb but recent my connection is only 1mb or even slower than 1mb. Please help me to solve this problem thanks

Hey yun817,

I'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working properly.

Are u using internet via dsl , or cable? (model of the router helps us for identifying).
Do you get these poor results only via wlan , or also with a direct conneciton via lan cable?

my contract is dsl 100

my Router is easy box 805

i only connect the internet via Wi-Fi instead of the lan

Then feel free to send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & mobilenumber.

I'll have a closer look into this.

If possible , please test the performance via direct lan connection. So that we can sort out wlan issues.

I have the same exact issue since 2 days now, and also in Munich. 100 Mbps contract and I only have 1 mbps right now.
