When will a new Internet package be taken activate?

Hi there,

I changed a new Interent package last month and the system says that the new package will be activate on 4th April. The status in MeinVodafone is done at "Abschluss". But I didn't feel a faster speed for this new package and the speed test shows the same as the old package.

Did I miss something? Or I still need to wait for some operations even though the status says it is done?

Hey shun,

did you get a welcomeletter with the activation date 4th april?
In case of an upgrade, you'll get most likely new logincredentials (modeminstallationcode).

Did you try to hard reset the router & enter the new modeminstallationcode?

Actually, I didn't receive a welcomeletter on and after the 4th April. I checked my mail box everyday.

hm.. in this case i have the feeling that something with the upgrade did not work right.

Please send me a private message with your dsl customernumber/password.

Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "sende diesem Nutzer eine Nachricht".
