Homespot & Hotspot username

Hello,

I am switching from a different internet service provider to Vodafone and I am waiting for my new DSL connection for the past one and half month. My contract with my earlier internet service provider ended yesterday and I am afraid I will be without internet service during holidays till I get new DSL connection from Vodafone.

Until I get my new connection I want still continue to use interenet we as a family are stuck at home due to pandemic.

My apartment has Vodafone homespot and hotspot service. Can I get a username and password so that I can use this service?

Hi tncpartha,

I'm sorry that you are waiting such a long time for your new DSL connection. Did you receive our welcome letter in the meantime? This shows you, when the technician comes to activate the line for you.

Do you have an order confirmation? Then please send me a private message with that number and name, address & birth date of the contract owner.
