Problem with DSL

Hi,

For a while I have problem with my internet. My device lose DSL synchronisation and i must reboot device. One time is not a problem but i mit do it couple times every evening. After reboot it is good sometimes 1h and sometimes 15 minutes . Can somebody help me in English ? On the hotline, people are very rude and scream at me for bad German.
