Hi - from the day 1 from when I have bought vodafone internet services , I am not satisfied at all, first of all no english call center where to go, secondly no smooth internet from day one , Now I am requesting here if someone can help me out , initially I had a low bandwidth may be but few month before I bought a better package from them , and again I am facing this hickups in intenet no smooth streaming , no smooth calls nothing is working fine, please help me out in this.

Hi,

what kind of connection and which modem do you use?

Do you use WIFI or a connection via LAN cable?

Do you see disconnects in the log of the router?

How high is the bandwidth? You can measure it here: http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de

Its a vodafone station I am using and its a TG series.

I am using wifi and I dont know how to see a router log.

I have got the new router too which is fritz 6660 but still I am not getting my whole bandwidth in speed test its only upto 500, and I have got the package of 1000

Hello OwaisAFarooqui,

some modem signals are too low, the other devices in your building don't have a problem with that. Please replace the coaxial cable. If that doesn't affect the bad signal, we can send a technician. Can he reach you under ***278 to make an appointment? Can you grant him access to the house installation? Are there symptoms in your household that might be linked to Covid-19?
