Thema "Change Tarrif" in Störungen im DSL-Netz

Hello,

I currently have a Red Internet and Phone 16 DSL connection renewed in December and I would like to change to a Red Internet 50DSL. From the website it is not clear if the existing connection will be terminated or still run for the hole year if I switch now or if there will be any additional cost for the change.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Hi AlexKara,

nice to hear that you wnat a faster connection. When you decide for a new DSL price plan, your contract running time prolongs for 24 months. The previous running time is replaced then.
