Hello @Vodafone Team or Moderator.

I have received SuperWLAN Repeater today and was very happy. Now I have the Vodafone Station and an AirTies 4960 AX. SuperWLAN is active in my interface, but provisioning fails even over a LAN cable. Can anyone please check if the Serial Number and MAC address of my extender are properly mapped to my customer contract backend.

Multiple calls I made to customer service but they are unable to understand my problem. Problem is with me because I don't Speak GERMAN and the customer service team Only Speak GERMAN. Thought the ToBI stuff will help but thats the worst bot I ever seen in my life span (Its not a criticism but it is a fact).

Anyway, In this community I hope someone can help?
