      <title>Ultra Hub 7 Cable Internet Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I just received my Ultra Hub 7 today &amp;amp; the contract paperwork said it was activated &amp;amp; ready for connection. I followed the instructions &amp;amp; ensured good plug connections, but the internet LED is continuously blinking red (WiFi LED is steady green). I have reset the router, power cycled, checked connections, but it still will not work. I am not sure if the contract is activated? I just moved to Germany from the US (only speak English) &amp;amp; I am trying to get connected quickly. I am in a rental duplex &amp;amp; there was cable box in the basement (photo attached) but it didn’t matter if it was plugged in or not when I tried to connect the hub upstairs. I do not know what I’m doing wrong.. Any assistance to get online would be appreciated.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the feeling you are using the wrong antenna outlet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BFBS is British Forces Broadcasting Service - I wouldn't be surprised if this outlet is connected to a different cable provider and not the Vodafone network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe you find another antenna outlet in your flat...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
