      <title>Internet connection down since Saturday – red LED on router, no resolution despite open ticket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it's okay that I write in English as my German is limited.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I visited my local Vodafone shop on Saturday to report an issue with my internet connection. The connection had been working fine in the days before, but suddenly stopped — the internet LED on my router is showing red instead of green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A ticket was created at the shop, and I received a message saying my connection would be reconfigured and monitored for 24 hours. However, the issue is still not resolved and it doesn't seem like any progress is being made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is becoming very frustrating because I work remotely and rely entirely on my home internet to do my job. I've now been unable to work properly since the weekend, which is seriously affecting me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to have a technician sent out to investigate the issue on-site? I feel like a remote fix isn't working in this case and someone needs to physically check the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my WiFi router model is an easybox 805 and it is a DSL connection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
