I have an easybox 805 connected. We have often had inconsistent connectivity where sometimes there is no internet or a long time for devices to connect.&nbsp; Reading some support document it seems I should reset the router, however upon restarting the "MIC" number was needed again. The number I wrote down from the past is not working.
