English Support - Wifi Not Working

Hello.

I tried to call service but the hotline is all in German (understandable)

Our WiFi router is showing all white dots (not flashing) indicating everything is fine. We called helpline and they said there are no Internet problems in our postcode.

All devices in the house can't connect to the WiFi or can't hold a connection. We have tried restarting the router kable box but not improvement.

Can anyone help

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

try a factory reset:

press and hold reset button with a paperclip for 20 seconds
