      <title>English Support - Wifi Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to call service but the hotline is all in German (understandable)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our WiFi router is showing all white dots (not flashing) indicating everything is fine. We called helpline and they said there are no Internet problems in our postcode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All devices in the house can't connect to the WiFi or can't hold a connection. We have tried restarting the router kable box but not improvement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
