I am moving to another apartment from Feb 2025. I want to transfer my internet connection. But now i am using cabel connection, my new apartment has DSL. I have been trying to order a move online. But I am not able to do as the website is not working properly. What should I do? Please help me

To register a move, it would actually be best to contact support directly: Dein Kontakt zu Vodafone
They can help you set up the move.

However, if you are registered in MyVodafone, you can also set up the move there yourself.
