Hello,

I’ve been using my vodafone station (TG6442VF) for a couple of months without any problems but today suddenly configuration of the router has been changed. I mean, the SSID name changed into Arris (wifi password is still the same) and the web interface of the router has also changed to Arris interface. And the problem is I cannot login neither with the existing password nor the default password “password”.

any recommendations?

that's very strange

try a factory Reset:

to do so, press and hold reset button for 20 seconds

btw.: default password ist not "password", default password is printed on the router

Thanks, but already tried factory reset and didn’t work.

and the password on the router also doesn’t work

contact support and ask for a replacement of the router
