      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I can only speak English, and help line person can only communicate in German, thats why posting here&lt;BR /&gt;I live in Berlin Angerburger Allee 25. And I have a Vodafone contract for cable internet 1000 Mbps. It's been almost 3 weeks, nobody contacted me by email. Also, my current SIM network is O2 which has signal problems, so I may have missed some calls from the installation company/person. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have a new number now which I updated in the MyVodafone app. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;My question is how can I speed up the process and where can I check when the router will be installed? &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;If you need more information, let me know&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
