Router returned to sender by DHL

Hello,

I have ordered internet connection to my new apartment. Since I haven't moved to the new apartment, I changed the delivery address to my friend's address. Now when I look at the DHL tracking, it shows that the router was sent back to Vodafone itself. So may I know what I need to do next?
