      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another one foreigner trying to not give up on horrible customer support by vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After all time spent listening to this dennis lloyd song just to hear that customer support doesn't speak english and hangs up.&lt;BR /&gt;After finally stumbling upon some one willing to do something, a ticket was created and some hope appeared.&lt;BR /&gt;Ticket was just closed without anything being done.&lt;BR /&gt;I need some one to explain to me the following:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Why ticket&amp;nbsp; 003-0572394 was closed without my confirmation that everything works?&lt;BR /&gt;2. Why no one checks if returned device works upon return, also why there were no cable included?&lt;BR /&gt;3. How can I finally get rid of that constantly blinking red light "internet"?????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
