Hi,

through Check24 I had chosen Vodofone Internet. So far, I received only the "Auftragsbestätigung" from Vodofone. Apart from that there is no further information/documents received per post/email. I havent yet received the Router as well. In the Auftragsbestätigung its mentioned that i can connect the device on 24.05.2024 but I havent received any email regarding the device. Could anyone help me?

have you ordered a router?

since last year it is possible to sign a contract without router
