Hello everobody,

Since few hours, I did not get any internet nor wi-fi. I have no light dot except on the power one. I have made a photo to give a better description. As a non german speaking it is quite difficult to access the customer service. Is it possible to get some help,I hope it is the right place to ask for this kind of service.
