Hello,

Two days ago I lost my internet connection. So today I decide to restore router to factory settings.

After that I open creator and I want to install again everything.

I type MIC and I was waiting...

But I received error and I tried multiple times and it's the same error all the time. Screenschot attached.

I called to customer support but they don't speak English...

Can someone help me please.

I requested new MIC and even with new one it's still not working..

Sieht so aus, als wenn deine Box keine Kabelverbindung zur tae hat. Prüf einfach die gesamte Verkabelung gemäß beigelegter Anleitung. Ansonsten:

Seit 08/22 Ist ist dies ein reines Kunden helfen Kunden Forum.

Du musst dich an die offiziellen Kontaktstellen wenden.

What kind of contract do you have?

The contracts with 12 months minimum term do NOT renew automatically but are cancelled exactly after 12 months.
