Moving router to another room

Hello,

I need to move the router to another room in my apartment, from room A to room B. I have the same cable socket in the room B.

When it was installed for the first time, they changed the socket adapter in room A.

When I moved the router and connected it to the socket in room B, the internet worked for a while then stopped working.

So is this problem because I need to move the socket adapter to room B or should there be other configurations?

If there is a signal on the other socket, you don't need to configure anything else.
