Hello,

I just PCS out of Germany and back to the States. I thought I had canceled Vodafone but I am still getting charged for service. How do I get a refund and cancel the plan as I am no longer in Germany and using Vodafone.

If you simply cancelled the contract during the minimum 2 years contract time, it will end when those 2 years are over. In case of leaving Germany you have to report a move and provide documentation of leaving Germany. If you haven‘t done that yet you have to do that immediatly, and I‘m not sure if you will get a refund.
