Installation of internet

I took a new internet contract on 6th June. From that time i am looking an techcian to help for installtion. My ports at home is not supporting for internet and when i try to install it only blinks. Tickets were raised but next day those are getting closed. Can someone help me here. My last ticket # XXXXXXXXXXX.

How long do i need to wait just for a instaltion help ?
